A vehicle pursuit Thursday in Madisonville ended with the arrest of a woman on multiple charges.
A Madisonville police officer attempted to stop 25-year old Marria McBride of Madisonville for driving recklessly and she allegedly refused to stop, disregarding a stop sign and traveling into oncoming traffic at times.
She eventually wrecked out in a curve on Murray Street and struck a building, with police calling for EMS to take her to the hospital to be evaluated before placing her under arrest.
McBride was charged with fleeing or evading police, DUI, reckless driving and other counts.
