You’ve heard of Relay for Life, well get ready for the return of Bark For Life on April 23, where those who are looking to raise funds to benefit those battling cancer can enjoy a day with their furry companion.
Relay Chair Crystal Hightower appeared on WHOP recently and says things will begin at 10 a.m. April 23, and they’re excited to bring this event for people to enjoy and help raise funds.
Registration is $10, and includes a gift bag and a bandana, and Hightower says you can register ahead of time online by clicking here.
She says if you don’t have a furry friend in your life, this could be your chance to get one as there will be multiple animal rescues and agencies on hand with animals up for adoption.
There will be booths, food trucks, presentations from the K9 Unit at the Hopkinsville Police Department, prizes and contests and picture opportunities available that day. For more information on what is planned or how to register, visit the Christian County Relay for Life Facebook page.
