Hairston
Hopkinsville police have made two arrests in connection with the October shooting death of 23-year old Adrian Acree at the intersection of Sharpe and Jones Street in Hopkinsville.
Arrest warrants for complicity to murder were served against 24-year old Jaila Sherrod of Hopkinsville and 23-year old Dekorian Daniel of Hopkinsville.
They allege both suspects helped plan the killing and that Sherrod drove Acree to where he’d be shot multiple times with a handgun by 25-year old Cortez Hairston, Jr.
Hairston remains at large and is sought on a warrant for murder. Anyone knowing his whereabouts should call HPD at 270-890-1300.
