Kentucky State Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a Tennessee man wanted for reckless homicide in Lyon County.
According to a news release, 31-year-old Jose Antonio of Portland, Tennessee had been operating a vehicle the wrong way in the westbound lanes of I-24 in Lyon County on June 22, 2020, resulting in a head-on collision that took the life of a passenger in the other vehicle.
A Lyon County Grand Jury indicted Antonio on charges of reckless homicide, four counts of fourth-degree assault, driving on a DUI suspended license and failure to maintain insurance and an arrest warrant was issued in November of 2021.
