After consulting with performers, Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation has announced that some performances will take place in person this weekend of the Hopkinsville International Festival.
Taylor Duke with Parks and Rec says they’re thrilled to be able to offer some in-person activities, starting as early as 6:45 p.m. Friday night and running until 8 p.m. More performances return to the stage at the Thomas Street Recreation Center Saturday at 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 3:20 p.m.
Duke says it will be standing room only and they will be limiting the crowd to 100 people, so entrance is based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Other activities for the International Festival will be streamed live throughout Friday and Saturday, with videos available for viewing on the Hopkinsville International Festival Facebook page.
