Western Kentucky gave up five runs in the ninth inning in falling to Evansville 9-8 at Nick Denes Field yesterday. The Hilltoppers are now 9-11 and welcome Conference USA preseason favorite Southern Miss-featuring former Hoptown Hopper from 2019 Charlie Fischer-Friday night at 5 in Bowling Green.
