A new trial date was scheduled Wednesday morning for the suspect charged in the 2018 murder of Tamara Dragoo at the King’s Court Motel on Fort Campbell Boulevard.
Attorney Michael Thompson represents Terrence Stepp and asked for Monday’s trial date to be postponed as Stepp needs time to view DVD’s of interviews in the case.
Judge Atkins set his trial for September 26, but said it could be scheduled earlier if the attorneys can find a date that suits everyone involved.
Stepp is charged with first-degree murder, second-degree burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools.
