Hopkinsville police are investigating after gunshots were fired at a moving vehicle on the Eagle Way Bypass Monday evening.
A 33-year old male victim told police he was driving on the Eagle Way Bypass just after 6:30 p.m. when a suspect in another automobile fired shots at his car, with at least one .40 caliber round hitting the automobile.
No one was injured and the incident is investigated as felony wanton endangerment and criminal mischief.
