The Tennessean reports the Titans signed Texans safety AJ Moore to a one-year deal and also released cornerback Janoris “Jackrabbit” Jenkins and chose not to tender running back Khari Blasingame. Running back D’Onta Foreman also reportedly signed with the Carolina Panthers.
