This year’s NCAA Tournament field has been expanded to 68 teams and pairings were also announced Sunday night. Louisville was named the top seed of the Wichita Regional and will host Albany on Friday with game time to be determined.
Kentucky will play in the Bridgeport Regional and faces Princeton in Bloomington, IN Saturday with game time to be determined. Tennessee is in the Wichita Regional and will face Buffalo on Saturday with game time to be announced later.
Murray State was selected to play in the Women’s NIT. Their opponent, date, site and game time will be announced by 1 pm today.
Austin Peay was chosen to play in the Women’s Basketball Invitational and will meet Saint Mary’s Friday afternoon at 1:30 pm. The games are being played at Transylvania University in Lexington.
