The Tennessee Titans today announced they have signed tight end Geoff Swaim to a one year contract extension. ESPN reports the exact amount of the deal is not yet known. Swaim was set to become a free agent. The Titans also announced the signing of center Ben Jones to a two year, $14 million deal.
