As Spring Training is getting underway, the Cincinnati Reds were involved in a trade Sunday. The Reds sent right handed Sonny Gray to the Minnesota Twins as part of a deal with minor league right-hander Francis Peguero. The Twins are sending the Reds their top pitching prospect Chase Petty.

NFL

Just two months after announcing the end of his NFL career, Tom Brady is returning to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers for his 23rd NFL season. In a post on social media, Brady said that he has realized his place is still on the field and that he has unfinished business.

NBA

Ja Morant had 17 points and 10 assists in the Memphis Grizzlies 125-115 win over Oklahoma City Sunday. The Grizzlies visit the Indiana Pacers tomorrow night. Speaking of the Pacers, Bowling Green native Terry Taylor had 16 points in a 131-128 loss to the Atlanta Hawks.

NHL

The Nashville Predators got a pair of goals from Roman Josi in a 6-2 road win at the Minnesota Wild Sunday. The Predators return home tomorrow night to host the Pittsburgh Penguins.

Golf
Round three at The Players Championship was suspended Sunday due to darkness with Anirban Lahiri atop the leaderboard at nine-under par. Lahiri is five-under through the first 11 holes of the third round. Harold Varner the Third and Tom Hoge are currently tied for second place at eight-under par. Sebastian Munoz, Paul Casey, and Sam Burns are in a three-way tie for fourth place at seven-under. Play will continue today.

NASCAR

Chase Briscoe raced into victory lane Sunday, holding off the field for the win at the Ruoff Mortgage 500 at Phoenix Raceway. Ross Chastain finished in second while Tyler Reddick took third. Ryan Blaney and Kyle Busch rounded out the top five.
