A Hopkinsville woman was arrested for robbery and other charges following an investigation Sunday afternoon at a South Virginia Street address.
An arrest citation for 32-year old Audrey Cooper of Hopkinsville says she demanded money from a man at a location in the 2800 block of South Virginia and that she struck him when he didn’t hand the cash over.
Cooper allegedly resisted attempts by police to take her into custody and a taser was deployed when she tried to fight with officers.
Cooper was charged with second-degree robbery, menacing and resisting arrest.
