NFL Network reports San Francisco 49ers quarterbacks coach Rich Scangarello is the choice to be the new offensive coordinator at the University of Kentucky. He’ll replace Liam Coen who is headed back to the NFL after one season to take over the play calling duties for the Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams.
