Beth Unfried, the Head of School at University Heights Academy, has announced that she will retire at the end of this school year.
According to a news release, Unfried has served as the Head of School at UHA since July 2018 after a 30-year career in education in the Clarksville Montgomery County School System.
She says, “The students, parents, and staff at University Heights make up an amazing educational group. The commitment to excellence in a family-like atmosphere is unmatched in our community. I have greatly appreciated the opportunity and honor of serving the UHA family for the past four years. I will always cherish my time here and be a forever Blazer fan.”
The UHA Board of Trustees and Administration stated that they are committed to a smooth transition and maintaining the long tradition of excellence at University Heights Academy as they begin the process of filling Mrs. Unfried’s position.
