Hopkinsville broke a 48 all tie at the end of three quarters with a 21-14 fourth quarter run in defeating Muhlenberg County 69-62. The Tigers got 20 points from KC Cabiness, 13 from Daisjuan Mercer and 12 from Isaiah Manning in finishing regular season play 19-6. Hopkinsville meets Fort Campbell in the semifinals of the 8th district tournament next Tuesday at Tiger Gym.
Christian County concluded regular season play with a 66-44 victory at Apollo. The Colonels finish the regular season 9-20 and face University Heights in semifinal action of the 8th district tournament next Tuesday night at Hopkinsville’s Tiger Gym.
