Two injured, man sought after Todd County crash

Two women were severely injured in a single-vehicle accident late Wednesday night on Allegre Road in Todd County and a man who allegedly fled the scene is sought by the Todd County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputy Jonathan Knight investigated the crash that happened just before midnight in the 4200 block of Allegre Road and found that the driver, Jessi Tisdale of Elkton, had crawled out of the SUV and a passenger, Kayce Moore-Crowder of Elkton, still trapped inside.

The Todd County Rescue Squad and Allegre Volunteer Fire Department were able to free the passenger and both women were taken by EMS to a hospital with severe injuries.

Investigation determined 42-year old Anthony Kinser was also involved in the accident and that he fled the scene.

Police say Kinser is a fugitive wanted by the Todd County Sheriff’s Office on an unrelated matter.

Anyone knowing Kinser’s whereabouts should call Todd County Dispatch at 270-265-2501.
