Austin Peay took a 31-24 halftime lead at Belmont last night but could not hold off the Bruins in the second half, falling 72-58. The Governors were led in scoring by redshirt freshman Caleb Stone-Carrawell with 16 points. OVC Freshman of the Week Elijah Hutchins-Everett added 13 points. Austin Peay is now 7-14 while Belmont goes to 20-5. The Governors welcome Southeast Missouri Thursday night.
