A single vehicle accident Sunday night on Frank Yost Lane injured the driver.
A collision report from Hopkinsville police says 37-year old Nicholes Cruite of Hopkinsville had been southbound when he swerved to miss a vehicle that was stopped in the road.
He then over-corrected, causing his car to slide across the road and overturn as it entered the ditch.
Cruite was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
