Filings continue to come in for Hopkinsville City Council, as an incumbent and a challenger filed Wednesday.
In Ward 11, incumbent Republican Jason Bell filed to seek reelection—he will currently face Democrat Jose Quinonez in a general election. Then in Ward 1, Vance D. Smith filed as a Democrat to run for the seat currently held by Natasha Francis, who has not yet filed to seek reelection.
Eddie Canon has filed as a Democrat to run for Constable in District 1.
