Hopkinsville police are investigating a felony assault after a man sought treatment for injuries Monday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center.
The 33-year old Hopkinsville man had a broken jaw from being struck by an individual and injuries to his leg that were caused by a broom, according to the incident report filed with HPD.
It’s being investigated as second-degree assault and no arrests had been made.
