Kevin Na is leading the way at the Sony Open in Hawaii as he defends his tournament championship. Na is nine under par after shooting a 61 in the first round yesterday. Two players are tied for second place. Russell Henley and Jim Furyk shot eight under par while several others are at seven under. Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker is tied for 24th at four under par.
