Face masks will once again be required at the Christian County Justice Center, following an order from local judges Friday.
According to court documents, effective Tuesday, all visitors, staffs, attorneys while in common areas inside of the Justice Center will be required to wear a facial covering. Those facial coverings must be worn correctly, covering a person’s nose and mouth. The order will remain in effect until further notice, due to an increase in local COVID cases recently.
Judges can use their discretion to determine if a person can temporarily remove their mask during the event adequate social distancing can be maintained.
