A single-vehicle accident on KY 70 in Caldwell County Wednesday afternoon killed the driver.
Kentucky State Police say 51-year old Timothy Crider of Marion had been headed west three miles of Fredonia in a dump truck when he went off the right side of the road, over-corrected, traveled off the left side of the road and overturned.
Crider was ejected and flown by helicopter to Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, where he died from his injuries.
