Former Todd County Judge-Executive Kent Knight will attempt to regain that seat in this year’s elections.
Knight filed for judge-executive as a Republican Wednesday at the Todd County Clerk’s Office and is currently unopposed in the primary.
Incumbent Judge-Executive Todd Mansfield, a Democrat, is seeking re-election and is also unopposed in the primary.
Knight served as judge-executive from 2003 to 2006 and has lost elections in multiple attempts since then to regain the job.
He also later served as a District 4 Todd County constable.
