The Royal and Ancient Club announced Monday the 2022 Barbasol Championship will award the final qualifying position for the 150th Open Championship to be played at St. Andrews. It’s the first time in the Barbasol Championship history it will award one of the qualifying spots. The Barbasol Championship will be played July 7-10 at Keene Trace Champions in Nicholasville. The Open Championship will be played the following week from July 17-20.
