Two men were arrested following a shots fired incident Friday night on Boxwood Drive.
Officers received a shots fired call and then heard gunfire in the area of Boxwood and Westwood Drive.
An arrest citation says two men, later identified as 39-year old Terron McNeal of Hopkinsville and 33-year old Jamario Whitlock, were seen behind a home in the 100 block of Boxwood.
They were detained as they attempted to enter the home and the report says officers recovered a Glock handgun on the ground behind the residence along with several spent shell casings.
Both men were charged with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and tampering with physical evidence.
It was determined that Whitlock was also sought on a warrant by the U.S. Marshals.
