Boys: Play concluded at the Henderson Chevrolet Buick GMC Classic with the host Henderson County Colonels downing University Heights 46-31. The Blazers were led in scoring by Gavin Grubbs with nine points with Elijah Walton adding eight as the Blazers fell to 3-7. UHA returns to action Monday night hosting Heritage Christian Academy.
Christian County fell in overtime to Evansville Harrison 62-55. The Colonels fall to 4-7 on the season and return to action next Thursday at Caldwell County.
Girls: Jackson County defeated Christian County 57-44 at the Vanous Lloyd Christmas Tournament at Warren Central. The Lady Colonels were led in scoring by NeVaeh Day with 18 points. Anaysia Bagwell added 11 and Mikayah Killebrew pitched in 10. Christian County is now 4-7 and returns to action next Friday hosting Murray.
