Titans host 49ers this evening/Byard named to Pro Bowl

Nashville is the site of this week’s Thursday night game as the Tennessee Titans welcome the San Francisco 49ers. Tennessee leads the AFC South at 9-and-5, but has lost three of its past four games as the team’s offense has struggled. At 8-and-6, the 49ers enter the matchup as the sixth seed in the NFC. San Francisco is playing great football down the stretch, having won five of its last six games. Kickoff is just after 7 pm in Nissan Stadium.

Tennessee Titans safety Kevin Byard is headed back to the Pro Bowl. The sixth-year man out of Middle Tennessee earned his second career nod to the AFC Pro Bowl roster and his first since 2017. Byard received the most fan votes at his position and will start for the AFC.
While no other Titans will join Byard as of now, seven players were named as alternates, including Jeffery Simmons and Harold Landry.
