The Pennyroyal Arts Council and The Fabulous Equinox Orchestra will host a benefit concert at the Alhambra Theatre in downtown Hopkinsville on Saturday, January 8 at 7 p.m. to aide Christian County and western Kentucky victims impacted by devastating tornadoes last weekend.
A news release says the benefit will serve as a night of healing and impact featuring gospel and big band music from The Fabulous Equinox Orchestra and local talent.
All proceeds from the concert will be dispersed between the Christian County Chamber of Commerce Gift Cards for Compassion campaign and the Kentucky Sports Radio & Kentucky Chamber of Commerce Tornado Relief Fund. Tickets are on sale now at pennyroyalarts.org.
