Western Kentucky quarterback Bailey Zappe is one of five finalists for the 2021 Earl Campbell Tyler Rose Award. The award honors the state of Texas’ top offensive player in Division One football. Zappe leads WKU against Appalachian State in the Boca Raton Bowl Saturday, with pregame coverage at 9 am on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP.
