A single-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon in Murray injured the driver.
Investigation by Murray police determined 39-year old Jason Gray of Murray had been southbound on 16th Street when he crossed the center line, went across the left lane and off the roadway before striking a concrete culvert.
Gray was taken by EMS to Murray-Calloway County Hospital for treatment of injuries.
