Three people went to the hospital following a two-vehicle accident Friday afternoon on Fort Campbell Boulevard in Hopkinsville.
A collision report from Hopkinsville Police Officer Cory Smith says 68-year old Dianna Oldham of Hopkinsville was southbound near Country Club Lane attempting to merge into the center lane and 57-year old Anthony Wilkerson of Hopkinsville was northbound, also attempting to enter the center.
They collided head-on, causing severe damage to both vehicles.
Wilkerson and his two passengers—29-year old Deondra Hollowell and 29-year old Marah Maxie of Hopkinsville—were all taken to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
Oldham declined a trip to the hospital.
