Christian County falls to Greenwood Friday night-Saturday’s Games

Greenwood eased by Christian County 76-72. Anaysia Bagwell had 21 points in defeat with Destinee Catlett-Watkins adding 13 with NeVeah Day and Mikayah Killebrew each adding 12. The Lady Colonels fell to 1-1 on the season.

Other Scores: Todd Central downed Caldwell County 58-47, Butler County over Logan County 44-40, Silver Creek IN downed Bowling Green 53-49, Hopkins Central defeated Union County 57-51, Muhlenberg County over Whitesville Trinity 53-38, Franklin County over Webster County 55-32, Lyon County topped Dawson Springs 62-35, McCracken County eased by Henderson County 53-49, Crittenden County topped Livingston Central 56-36.

Saturday’s Games:Christian County faces Elizabethtown and Henderson County meets Butler at the Independence Bank Tipoff Classic in Owensboro, Fort Campbell visits Fulton City.

At the Lady Mustang Invitational at Muhlenberg County: Russellville meets Ohio County, Trigg County goes against McLean County, Lyon County faces Apollo and Muhlenberg County hosts Edmonson County.

At the 4th Region Challenge: Bowling Green hosts Russell County, South Warren goes against Monroe County, Greenwood meets Glasgow and Barren County faces Metcalfe County.

Elsewhere: Warren Central hosts Pickett County, TN, Warren East travels to Caverna, Webster County faces Hopkins Central and Union County hosts Caldwell County in the 6th/7th District Challenge and Marshall County hosts Clarksville Academy at the Marshall County Hoopfest.
