The Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Sacramento Kings 128-101 Sunday. The Grizzlies head north of the border to meet the Toronto Raptors tomorrow night.
Meanwhile, the Grizzlies are breathing a little easier after receiving good news on injured star Ja Morant. Coach Taylor Jenkins says Morant avoided major damage to his knee and will likely just miss a few weeks. Morant has been diagnosed with a left knee sprain, which he suffered during Friday’s home loss to Atlanta. The 22-year-old Morant is averaging a team-high 24.1 points per game this season.
