The Christian County School System has hired Jessica Addison as assistant superintendent.
Addison had been serving as interim assistant superintendent and is responsible for directing the development, implementation and coordination of the district’s curriculum, improving the instructional programs throughout the district, supervising the student and school accountability program and directing the district’s professional development program.
She’s quoted in a news release as saying, “I truly appreciate the opportunity to continue serving CCPS as assistant superintendent of instruction. I am passionately committed to the hard work required to help our schools and students reach their fullest potential.”
Superintendent Chris Bentzel says, “Jessica has a wealth of experience working with principals, department heads, and subject matter specialists in developing the general philosophy and goals of the total school curriculum. Jessica is a terrific asset for our entire district.”
