An arrest has been made following a fatal shooting Monday night in Caldwell County.
Kentucky State Police Detective Hunter Carroll investigated and determined 39-year old Tommy Dunning of Princeton allegedly shot his girlfriend, Ursula Hamlet, in the neck during an altercation a little before 8 p.m. at 830 Coleman Crider Road.
Hamlet was pronounced dead at the scene and KSP arrested Dunning for murder—domestic violence.
