The man shot to death in an apartment on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road in Oak Grove Friday afternoon has been identified.
Coroner Scott Daniel identified the victim as 35-year old Dwayne Lloyd George of Clarksville. George was fatally shot inside an apartment near the intersection with Eddy Street a little before 3:30 p.m. Friday.
Daniel says the suspected shooter died in an apparent suicide hours after the Oak Grove shooting at a location in Clarksville.
The Oak Grove Police Department is investigating the shooting on Pembroke-Oak Grove Road with the assistance of Kentucky State Police.
