Princeton’s Emma Talley finished at one under par and won over $42-hundred at the LPGA Tour’s Pelican Women’s Championship that concluded Sunday in Belleair, FL. Nelly Korda won a three way playoff with Lydia Ko and Lexi Thompson. The trio finished regulation at 17 under.
Jason Kokrak won the PGA Tour’s Houston Open. Kokrak made four straight birdies in the final round to secure the victory. The 36-year-old shot five-under to give him the win at 10-under. Kevin Tway and Scottie Scheffler tied for second, with both shooting eight-under.
Phil Mickelson at 19 under was a one shot winner over Steven Alker at the PGA Tour Champions Charles Schwab Cup Championship in Phoenix. Franklin’s Kenny Perry tied for 20th at 10 under par.
