Investigation by Clarksville police has led to the arrest of a man on a rape charge.
Police say 41-year old Galen Blackmon approached a woman who was working out at Anytime Fitness on Dover Road on November 3 and that he sexually assaulted her as she left the facility.
Blackmon is charged with rape and robbery.
Clarksville police thanked members of the public who submitted tips in the investigation and the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office that assisted.
