A semi overturned on the Pennyrile Parkway in north Christian County Tuesday morning, injuring the driver and causing traffic issues in the area.
It happened shortly before 5:30 a.m. on the northbound side near the 24 mile-marker and Christian County Emergency Management Director Randy Graham says the Rescue Squad helped free the driver.
The man was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for non-life-threatening injuries.
Traffic remains restricted to one lane in that area while crews clean up the scene and both lanes will likely be closed at some point for a brief period to allow a wrecker to upright the truck and remove it.
