The Christian County Health Department will now be providing Pfizer vaccines to children between the ages of five and 11 years old.
According to a news release, appointments are being accepted and walk-ins are also welcome every Wednesday from 7:45 a.m. until 12 p.m. and then from 1 p.m. until 4:15 p.m. Pfizer is currently the only vaccine approved for youths.
Vaccines for that age range will not be given on Tuesdays or Thursdays, but vaccines will continue to be offered those days for those 12 years of age and up.
