A man was flown to a Nashville hospital following an accident Tuesday morning on Rocky Ridge Road in Trigg County.
It happened near the intersection with Cerulean Road and Kentucky Transportation Cabinet Officials say the man’s box truck hauling paper goods went off the roadway and struck a tree.
He was removed from the truck by the Trigg County Rescue Squad and flown by Air Evac to Skyline Medical Center in Nashville.
The Trigg County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the incident.
Rocky Ridge Road is expected to be closed in that area until about 3 p.m
