The Tennessee Vols might have one less quarterback soon. Tennessee quarterback Harrison Bailey entered the transfer portal yesterday as he plans to begin “exploring other opportunities”. Bailey, a former four-star recruit, started three games last year and played in the Vols blowout win over Tennessee Tech earlier this season.
