Boys KHSAA Semifinals: 3rd Region winner Daviess County was edged by Covington Catholic 1-0 and Dunbar blanked 5th region winner Elizabethtown 4-0. Dunbar and Covington Catholic will play in the championship game Saturday afternoon.
Girls KHSAA Semifinals: Today’s games at Frederick Douglass High School in Lexington have 2nd Region winner Henderson County meeting South Oldham at 4 pm Central with West Jessamine and Notre Dame in the nightcap. The winners will play in the final on Saturday evening.
