Hopkinsville High’s Moss commits to UK

Hopkinsville High sophomore Zack Moss announced via social media last night he has committed to play baseball collegiately at the University of Kentucky. During his freshman season, Moss played in 31 games for the Tigers, hitting .467 with two homeruns, 30 RBI and went 13-13 in stolen bases. On the mound, Moss went 4-2 in 11 games-including four starts. In 19 and one-third innings, Moss allowed 19 hits, 25 runs-18 earned with 41 strikeouts and 25 walks.
