Colin Fratus kicked three field goals while Deuce Bailey rushed for one score , Bert Kibawa had two rushing scores and Jaxson Axiom had a score as Bowling Green routed Christian County 37-0. The Colonels had 162 yards in total offense-with 112 of it passing as Jordan Miles went 9-19. Ja Sean Riley was the Colonels leading pass catcher with five grabs for 92 yards. Xzavier Quarles had seven rushing carries for 18 yards. Bowling Green had 263 yards of offense, 183 yards of it rushing behind Matrix Halcomb who had 15 carries for 106 yards.
Christian County is now 1-9 and finishes district play 0-3 and will play top seed South Warren in the first round of the Class 5-A playoffs. Bowling Green at 5-4 concludes district play 2-1 and will meet Greenwood in the opening game of the 5-A playoffs. The Colonels travel to McCracken County to wrap up the regular season next Friday while Bowling Green welcomes former coach Kevin Wallace and St. X.
