Former Christian County standout Detorrion Ware has been named as the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Player of the Year and his school, Morgan State, was picked to finish second in the league this season. The junior was the Bears leading scorer last season at 17 points per game-which was tops in the MEAC. Morgan State opens its season November 9th hosting St. Mary’s College of Maryland.
