5th District: Livingston Central downed host Trigg County three sets to one in the semifinal, then lost to Crittenden County 3-0 in the final.
6th District: Webster County blanked Union County three sets to none in semifinal action and lost to Henderson County 3-0 in the final.
7th District: Madisonville downed Caldwell County three sets to one in the final.
13th District: Logan County defeated Todd Central three sets to one in the final.
