A Guthrie man has been federally indicted for alleged methamphetamine trafficking.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Bowling Green says on or about August 25, 51-year old Johnny Tucker of Guthrie possessed with the intent to distribute 50 grams or more of meth.
If convicted, he faces a minimum penalty of five years and a maximum penalty of 40 years in prison.
There is no parole in the federal system.
